The Gospels appear to have symmetry that is not just based on the Holy Spirit using single authors to pen accounts based on the words of Jesus about how the apostles would recall everything Jesus said by the Holy Spirit. These symmetries are supposed to be based on collections of oral tradition recollections combined with recollections by the Gospel authors through the Holy Spirit.

Where can we go to for scientific proof and evidence of an oral tradition of the gospels? Why do the different Gospels use different words and phrases for the same events?

A chiasm is where the Bible repeats a sequences of thoughts and and repeats the same sequence of thoughts in the reverse order so that there is symmetry. This structure is a way for the author to provide commentary by placing emphasis on the center of the chiasm and by connecting parallel thoughts. The Bible is full of chiasms with many of the books forming complex chiastic patterns, such as with Genesis being composed of one giant chiasm that is composed of 81 smaller chiasms. Those chiasms can be divided halves, thirds, fourths, fifths, sixths, eighths, ninths, tens, or eighteenths, and each part of each of those fractions also forms its own chiasm. For example, the disaster of Noah's flood of too much water mirrors the disaster of Joseph's famine of too little water and also mirrors the famine of when Abraham when down to Egypt. All of the Books of Moses and the Gospels form similar chiastic patterns.

Be that as it may, and I have no idea what a chiasm is, this does not answer the point about why the Holy Spirit would give different words for the same speeches Jesus gave, which are variously worded in the different gospels.

For example:

"Joel 3:17–21. This one has seven parts, diagrammed this way: ABCXCBA. Here is the passage:

“‘Then you will know that I, the Lord your God,
dwell in Zion, my holy hill.
Jerusalem will be holy;
never again will foreigners invade her.
In that day the mountains will drip new wine,
and the hills will flow with milk;
all the ravines of Judah will run with water.
A fountain will flow out of the Lord’s house
and will water the valley of acacias.
But Egypt will be desolate,
Edom a desert waste,
because of violence done to the people of Judah,
in whose land they shed innocent blood.
Judah will be inhabited forever
and Jerusalem through all generations.
Shall I leave their innocent blood unavenged?
No, I will not.’
The Lord dwells in Zion!”

The ideas presented in this prophecy follow this arrangement:

A - God dwells in Zion (verse 17a)
B - Jerusalem is holy (verse 17b)
C - Foreign invaders are banished (verse 17c)
X - The blessings of the Kingdom (verse 18)
C - Foreign enemies are destroyed (verse 19)
B - Jerusalem and Judah are preserved (verses 20–21a)
A - God dwells in Zion (verse 21b)"

The OP was speaking about symmetry in the Gospels and the Gospels are full of this sort of chiastic symmetry with the events are arranged in a complex pattern.

I would offer. The recall was the work of the teacher, comforter, guide and last but not least he brings to our mememory the previod thing .The better thing that accompanies salvation. Yoked with him our burdens can be lighter .

John 14:26 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.

He warns of those false apostle's, false prophets who say we do need a man seen teach us .

We do not know Christ the anointing Spirit of God after the rudiments this world after the philosophies of men. No oral tradition of dying mankind. the word of God his tradition to mankind His eternal Spirit will not be discover under a microscope or viewed by a telescope. (empirical science)

It would appear he makes men different by his gospel, not different gospels. different gifts same gospel conclusion.

It would seem God knew in advance that mankind would venerate the flesh of each other compare each other to one another. (human government)

From my experience for instance many today consider the word apostle as a word that somehow as a oral tradition of men was first coined in new the New Testament.

Apostle with no other meaning added simply "sent one" a messenger that bring the word of God not seen. Abel the martyr whose blood like the blood of all born again saints. cries out for the incorruptible

1 Corinthians 3:7-8 So then neither is he that planteth any thing, neither he that watereth; but God that giveth the increase. Now he that planteth and he that watereth are one: and every man shall receive his own reward according to his own labour.

You could say rubbing elbows with a apostles can cause static cling. How Beautifull are the feet of those powerfully planting and watering tools in the hand of God .

Not the wisdom of the apostles. the doctrine of the apostles is the word of God. His doctrines fall like rain not inspired from earth after an apostle.

1 Corinthians 4:6-7King James Version And these things, brethren, I have in a figure transferred to myself and to Apollos for your sakes; that ye might learn in us not to think of men above that which is written, that no one of you be puffed up for one against another. For who maketh thee to differ from another? and what hast thou that thou didst not receive? now if thou didst receive it, why dost thou glory, as if thou hadst not received it?

God moves men. . . . . . . men do not move God . They are and it was "God very good"

The one chiasm for a believer to concern themselves with the living abiding word of God all things written in the law and prophets (sola scriptura ) and the oral traditions of men. that seek after dead relatives and men of renown some call patron saints, a legion.

Luke 16:26 And beside all this, between us and you there is a great gulf fixed: so that they which would pass from hence to you cannot; neither can they pass to us, that would come from thence.

Three times the spirit of lies working in dying mankind refused to validate (sola scriptura) rather choosing necromancy. Seeking the dead for the living . . .three times the Pharisees with Sadducees insisted there is no chiasm.

Luke 16:29 Abraham saith unto him, they have Moses and the prophets; let them hear them.. . . . . . . sola scriptura . . . the chiasm divider.

If some refuse to hear the living word of God. . what's left other than the lying power of necromancy?
