Filled (G4130 vs G4137) with the Spirit

Acts 2:

1 When the day of Pentecost arrived, they were all together in one place. 2 And suddenly there came from heaven a sound like a mighty rushing wind, and it filled the entire house where they were sitting.
Strong's Greek: 4137. πληρόω (pléroó) — 88 Occurrences

BDAG πληρόω:
① to make full, fill
ⓑ of persons fill w. powers, qualities, etc.

3 And divided tongues as of fire appeared to them and rested on each one of them. 4 And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit gave them utterance.
Luke could have used G4137 here as well, but for variety, he did not. Instead, he used ἐπλήσθησαν.

Strong's Greek: 4130. πλήθω — 24 Occurrences

BDAG πίμπλημι (πλήθω):
① to cause to be completely full, fill, fulfill

Paul wrote in Ephesians 5:

18 And do not get drunk with wine, for that is debauchery, but be filled [G4137] with the Spirit.
Paul used G4137 in the BDAG ①ⓑ sense.

Luke wrote in Acts 2:4, "they were all filled [G4130] with the Holy Spirit.
Paul wrote in Eph 5:18, "be filled [G4137] with the Spirit.
The two Greek words were interchangeable in the context of being filled with the Spirit.
