In Catholicisms own encyclopedia it states: Among the apostolic Fathers, there had been nothing even remotely approaching such a mentality or perspective.--( of God being a trinity)

One thing is for sure they served the true God that Israel served all along--not a trinity but a single being God named-YHWH(Jehovah)= the Abrahamic God.

Are you serving the true God?

Did they deny Jesus was God (Jn 1:1, 14)?

There is no capitol G God in the last line at John 1:1 in the Greek lexicons--
There are 2 spots in the NT where the true God is mentioned-called Ho Theos, because another is called plain Theos= god small g in the same paragraph. John 1:1 and 2 Cor 4:4--translation works the same at both spots. The sad part about it, the trinity scholars know its fact, yet say nothing because billions of $$$ would be lost every year and probably 2 billion humans suing them for taking their $$ for them not saying anything when they do know.
Best to believe Jesus-John 17:3--This means eternal life, their knowing you(Father) THE ONLY TRUE GOD and the one whom you sent forth Jesus Christ.

Which demonstrates nothing because the NT manuscripts were not written with capital letters which did not exist then.

At John 1:1- The true God is called Ho Theos, the word called plain Theos-Why?--To show a difference. The same at 2 Cor 4:4-The only other spot in the NT where the true God is called HoTheos and another called plain Theos-to show the difference from God or god. Translating works the same at both spots-0 doubt.

We see the use of ho Theos in Ac 27:23 ("the God whose I am), where the article ho is preserved in English because it points out the special God whose Paul is.
In the next verse, the use of ho Theos (the God has granted you), we do not need the article ho in English, for we know who it is from v.23.

The above is false.

Greek-English Lexicon of the New Testament: Based on Semantic Domains: it is legitimate to interpret Jn. 1:1 as 'the Word was God' (12.1, theos, page 137, J. P. Louw and Eugene Nida).

Jesus is referred to as ho theos in John 20:28.

A Greek and English Lexicon of the New Testament: in the exclamation of Thomas, John 20:28. - So Christ is called ho theos (theos, page 334)

Jesus is NEVER called Ho Theos.

The above is false.

John 20:28
ἀπεκρίθη Θωμᾶς καὶ εἶπεν αὐτῷ ὁ κύριός μου καὶ ὁ θεός μου

You can google HoTheos--Only the Father is ever called it.

Sorry friend, I think you have been taught wrong. Do you actually read and understand the original languages?

Okay. The Greek can be very complicated. Even just a little could cause many errors. Just sayin.

No need to.
I quoted the Greek text.

Here is the ending of John 20:28 from the 'Kingdom Interlinear' of the Jehovah's Witnesses:

ὁ θεός μου
the God of me!

If your thinking is correct on that matter, then Jesus lied at John 17:3, where he is 100% clear--The One who sent him= Father is THE ONLY TRUE GOD. You see all his real followers believe him first over twisting other teachings.

There is 0 doubt the results are correct. It matches what Jesus teaches 100%.

You're dodging John 20:28.
This was expected.

Amen!
John 20:28
Thomas answered him, “My Lord and my God!”
