Matt.24:36 - " No one knows about that day or hour, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, ( Jesus ) but only the Father ( God the Father ). This is talking about the RAPTURE as in a traditional Jewish wedding, the son gets engaged first and then he goes away to his fathers house to prepare a place ( Bridal Chamber ) for her - ( John14:2-3 ) and comes back like a thief in the night to FETCH his bride, when his father tells him to. That is why Jesus ( even though He is God also ) said only His Father Knows. Now as for Jesus' 2nd coming to set up His 1,000 year Kingdom on earth, it will be EXACTLY 2,520 Days after the 7 year Tribulation starts or exactly 1,260 days from the middle of the Tribulation also known as the Great Tribulation - Matt.24:29 - He will come - "Immediately after the Tribulation of those days...". This is one of several proofs that the Rapture and 2nd coming are TWO separate evens , and NOT the same event as many believe - because in the Rapture, the DAY is UNKNOWN and in the 2nd coming, the Exact DAY will be KNOWN once the 7 year Tribulation STARTS, when a peace treaty is put in force by the Anti-Christ between Israel & the Arab block of nations, then those who are left behind from the Rapture can start the count down to Christs' return to earth to set up His Kingdom - exactly 7 biblical years of 360 days each or 2,520 days. How do I Know the Church ( True Born Again Believers ) will be caught up ( Raptured - 1 Thess.4:16-17 ) before the 7 year Tribulation starts? Answer -Rev.3:10 - The church of Philadelphia which represents the True born again believers of this current age, will be KEPT OUT OF ( Greek word EK - out of , not perseveration through ) the time of trial ( Tribulation ) that is going to come upon the whole world to test those who live on the earth. Thus the RESTRAINING ministry of the Holy Spirit ( The Church ) will be taken ( Raptured ) out of the way so the Anti-Christ can be REVEALED -( 2 Thess.2:6-8 ), as we are NOT appointed to Wrath, but the Salvation through Jesus Christ - 1 Thess.5:9.

It is possible that someone may figure it out a few months in, when they recognize a sign, or they recognize the fulfillment of a prophecy. I was stubborn as well, but saw things in a different light when someone plainly said, they have no problem with pre-trib or mid-trib, but those post-trib guys have the marriage sack lunch of the lamb, and he would have no part of that.

Romans 11 is a stumbling block for the preterist and amil systematic. God still has 2 peoples- Israel and the church. Remove Romans 11 from scripture and then and only then they might have an argument with "some" validity. Pre-mil is the only one that brings harmony to the scriptures in both testaments.

Worded very well. I don't get along so well with dispensationalism or covenant theologies. As I have said before, I slept during that part of class. I didn't have much interest in either label/system. Granted, if I were to attempt to discuss what they cover, I may come out on one side or the other. I am a futurist premillennialist, and hold to some/most of what a dispensational premillennialist believes, but that is solely based on the position of Israel.

It has come to mean a lot to me as of late, because I see us right at the door. I consider a few things. Trump, who almost brought peace to Israel in the Middle East, Elon Musk wanting to see people living (habitation) on Mars, where the Bible says that we will only have our habitation on Earth, etc. For that last one, either we blow ourselves back into the stone age, so we no longer have the technology, or something happens that prevents it from happening. There are also other happenings that are so close to prophecy that it is a toss up. Also, what you have said is not at all that different from what my main belief is. Most of what I am saying now branches off of what I would consider the rock foundation of my eschatological beliefs.

That is quite possibly true. It is just something that I hold in consideration with everything else. They do plan on having a habitable base on the moon first.

The crazy thing is, Revelation reads as a book full of prophecy that one can't imagine being fulfilled. However, as technology as progressed, it is no longer fantasy, or beyond our reality for these prophecies to be fulfilled as written. For instance, I am becoming more convinced that if fulfilled as written, that AI, robots, or these lab engineered humans, will play a very important role in the utter blasphemy of God by satan/the anticrhist. I feel (this isn't some rock solid belief) that these creations of man, when perfected, could most likely be what will be the "image of the beast". Further technology will be part of what makes up the mark, but it will still be a mark...his mark. A mark of possession, just like the Holy Spirit marks us as God's possession.

Also, when speaking of the great deception, I sometimes feel like I know too much about how that will work. The foundation and ground work has already been laid out, and is already in full use today.
