You may be right.

But the left found their magic bullet in 2024 campaiging interference... by finding a way to slow his campaiging. Even today saying this lastest will be a speedy trial, giving his lawyers less time to prepare.

But later this month the court date will be set and we shall see who prevails.

I would think that the trial would be set sometime before the documents trial. The documents trial was delayed so that people could be cleared for the classified information. In any case, next year is going to be very busy for Trump. I'm sure he'll be able to handle it just fine, though. He has his trusty Trump jet to bounce him around the country. And he has a reliable group of lawyers who... uh... well, I'm sure he'll find plenty of lawyers no matter how many he fires.

One of them was on Fox last night being questioned about yesterdays proceedings and what the basic game plan was
for the trial.... What avenues were they going down and this man ... forgot his name... was clueless, even about yesterday.

He only said the trial team would be managing things.

Did not give any "hope" that DT even has the best. And I am still trying to figure out where that Alina fits into things.

She is a master of avoiding answering a direct question, but then seems a little clueless too.

Will his attorneys use it is anyone's guess....?

Laura Ingraham, Jesse and Shawn have each kind of... not just come out and asked ...those few attys they were talking to if
there were plans to use the subpoena power and I got the sense they did not want to say yes, but then maybe just not tipping their
hands?

It will be an interesting time... for sure.
