Tell them about the good news of Jesus Christ. They may refuse to believe.

Matthew 5:

16b “let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.”
It may not be easy and it is not entirely up to you. Even Jesus had problems convincing his brothers (Mk 6:4). We have to leave it to God ultimately.

Matthew 19:

25b “Who then can be saved?” 26 But Jesus looked at them and said, “With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.”
It is up to the Holy Spirit to convict them. In the meantime, Philippians 4:

4 Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, rejoice. 5 Let your reasonableness be known to everyone.
Show yourself a lover of Christ. Rest in God's sovereign hands.

How not to convert your loved ones: You do not want to press them so hard that they would entrench their position because of your words. This is negative feedback. They may verbally reject Jesus to your face. Do not reiterate this negative feedback loop over and over.

Romans 12:

18 If possible, so far as it depends on you, live peaceably with all.
Love your neighbor as yourself.
