Greetings all,

Another old timer (relatively speaking) here.
Saved since 1972 .Previously, I Had absolutely no Church background, zero, zilch. Dad was an atheist, Mom spoke not a peep of religion. School was secular humanism reinforcing my dad’s rants on evolution.
I had a dramatic type conversion (out of drugs, witchcraft, sexual perversions, gambling, and all the other crud dum-dumbs get themselves mixed up with).
Been through lots of denominations (as I kept seeking the Holy Grail of denominations)
My theology mostly accords with Martyn Lloyd Jones and Charles Spurgeon. (At least I gravitate to their sermons)
I hope to be of help here to ‘strugglers in the faith’ pointing them back to the Cross.

Lived in East Los Angeles (drove taxis there at night), Pasadena, San Dimas, La Verne, San Pedro, Redondo Beach, Gardena, Wilmington (but I won't disclose my present location) lol.
I used to drive a truck in and around Irvine, Costa Mesa, Tustin, Santa Ana, etc. years ago

All places I know. I lived in Sacramento, then Rescue, 29 Palms, Joshua Tree, Pearsville, Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage, Indian Wells and lastly in Thousand Palms. I no longer live in California.

Never heard of Rescue (Ca?).
The Lord got hold of me and turned me around in Oroville, Ca. This world since, is no longer home.

Rescue when I lived there consisted of a post office. Since then I understand from by former sister-in-law it has grown a lot. She lives there now.
I had forty acres there. It is in the Sierra Nevada foothills just below Placerville.
