Is the spiritual gift of evangelism a special ability the Holy Spirit gives to some people?
What is different about the people given this gift from a regular Christian not given this special gift?

Its an office in the Church, as its someone gifted by the Holy Spirit to be able to preach the gospel with boldness and power, who always is looking to preach Jesus as their Lord and savior
